How We Work

Here is what happens after you place an order:

Tell me about the recipient Using the Special Instructions box on each product, tell me about the person I'm curating the box for.

• Consider including: Favorite movies, tv shows, music genres, fond memories, pastimes, colors, key identifying characteristics, career, parent of a girl/boy, favorite prints. What an ideal day would look like. Anything to help me curate the perfect bundle!
• Also tell me if some sass is ok, or if I should keep the bundle clean :).
• If you run out of room, no problem. Go the Contact us page and send me as much information as you like! Don't forget to include your order number and which bundle it applies to.

I read every answer. Not a bot, not a virtual assistant. Me. I make notes in your file about what will and will not go in.

I handpick from our studio shelves. I keep an inventory of 200+ items curated for their quality, longevity, and gift-ability. Every bundle pulls from that shelf.

I pack and photograph. Every box is packed on my studio table, ribbon-tied, note-carded, and photographed before it ships. Signature Bundle buyers get to see the photo before we send.

It ships gift-ready. Nothing needs to be repacked, unwrapped, or 'fixed up' by the recipient. Open the outer bag, take out the inner gift box, hand it over.
